Introduction

Telangana State Council of Science & Technology (TSCOST) is implementing the DST, GoI, supported Project “Patent Information Centre (PIC)” in Telangana State.  Through this Patent Information Centre, TSCOST is establishing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cells in Universities of the State and is chalking out plans to encourage Scientists, Academicians, Research Scholars and Innovators towards acquiring IPRs for their innovations.
